CertaCars is a certified automotive marketplace. It combines a public retail experience where consumers shop certified vehicles from participating dealerships with a private wholesale exchange where verified dealers trade inventory among themselves.
Our role
CertaCars is a marketplace. It does not own inventory, sell vehicles directly, or provide warranties unless those business arrangements actually exist. Its job is to connect independent dealerships with buyers and other dealers, and to uphold a reviewed certification standard before any badge appears.
One vehicle, two markets
The central idea: a dealer enters one vehicle and can independently publish it to retail, wholesale, or both — with separate prices for each audience while sharing the same inventory and certification records. Availability stays synchronized across channels so a vehicle is never sold twice.
